Events:

We’re happy to have a few extra sets of hands!
Volunteer groups often join us on our campus in Richmond.

VYCC’s programs and trainings are supporting the next generation workforce. Corps Members receive substantial training in fields such as sustainable agriculture, carpentry, forestry, trail work, and more. They develop inter- and intrapersonal skills valuable to employers: a strong work ethic, the ability to work collaboratively, and creative problem solving.
Alumni bring these new skills into the communities in which they live and work, and many remain in Vermont! VYCC alumni are working in education, conservation organizations, and the for-profit sector in construction, renewable energy, outdoor recreation, agriculture, and more.
The nature of VYCC’s programs is seasonal – often, participants are actively looking for their next opportunity, leaving the program season with a new set of skills and a strong work ethic.
Does your company have employment opportunities you are looking to fill?
