Capital Campaign
Today's Youth Tomorrow's Leaders
The Today's Youth, Tomorrow's Leaders Campaign, in partnership with the Richmond Land Trust, was undertaken to secure a permanent home for training and educating Vermont's youth. The project included restoring the West Monitor Barn in Richmond, conserving its 230-acres of accompanying land, and fully outfitting the site for youth education and training.
The VYCC moved into the West Monitor Barn in 2005 and the campaign came to a formal conclusion after raising $3.3 million dollars as of November 30, 2007.
In the years since, the VYCC has continued to grow and serve more Vermonters, a true testament to the vision and generosity of VYCC donors.
