Project Application

To Apply:

  1. Read the How to Hire a Crew and the How to Pay for a Crew pages
  2. Open the application: 2009 Project Application (PDF) or 2009 Project Application (Microsoft Word version)
  3. Save the application to your computer and print out
  4. Fill out the application
  5. Send in three copies of your application with supporting documentation to the following address.

    NOTE: If interested in applying for crew funding through our VTrans Transportation Enhancement Program, please send in 5 copies of your application with supporting documentation.
