Your time and energy can help us do even more.

As an organization that exists to serve the land, the youth, and our community, we welcome help from people who share those same values. There are several ways you can get involved as a volunteer at VYCC.

FOOD SECURITY

Volunteers are needed throughout the growing season to help weed, plant, harvest, wash, and pack vegetables. Your help increases the amount of food we’re able to donate to Vermonters in need. If you are interested in volunteering with The Farm at VYCC, please contact Paul Feenan, VYCC Farm Program Director at paul.feenan@vycc.org

SUPPORT US AT THE THOMAS L. HARK LEADERSHIP CAMPUS

Help maintain VYCC’s tool cache and workshop.
Join our Master Gardener volunteer, Susan Adams, in maintaining our landscaping.

SUPPORT OUR CREWS IN THE FIELD!

We are always looking for guest speakers that can enhance the education our crews receive. Past guest speakers include wildlife biologists, naturalists, writers, ornithologists, state leaders, regional foresters, fish and game wardens, and representatives from institutions of higher education.

Is there a project in your area that you feel passionately about getting done? Contact us to discuss the project. We welcome opportunities to collaborate with members of the community to identify and secure support for important conservation projects.

We appreciate all volunteers, from individuals to organized groups.
